Low self-esteem is often associated to the fear of failure. What is perceived as low self-esteem comes from the self-limitations we create on ourselves in relation to the outside world. Sometimes people feel inadequate in the face of one or more situations and loses confidence in their ability to address them.

The physical symptoms of low self-confidence can be: blush, becoming pale, strong tremor, stammering, tachycardia accompanied by sweating, dizziness, nausea, faster breathing.
The psychological symptoms of low self-confidence can be: chronic anxiety, strong sense of self-criticism, self-injury, envy towards others, distorted image of ourselves, fear of failure, fear of meeting new people, lack of trust and confidence, displaying failures rather than successes, surrendering to life.
